Cocktail Almonds
2 cups whole almonds
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup raw sugar
Toast almonds in oven at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Boil honey and butter, stir in nuts. Spread on cookie sheet (I use Silpat on my cookie sheet). Cool. Mix nuts with raw sugar.
