Ladies who lunch...



Ye Olde Tavern Ladies Luncheon Menu
Fresh Tomato Bruschetta
White Gazpacho
Turkey and Watercress Sandwiches
Spinach Salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Espresso Chip Cookies
Sparkling Pineapple Sangria

Apple Cider Vinaigrette
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1/3 cup apple cider
1/4 cup safflower oil
1 tablespoon minced shallots
2 tablespoons parsley
2 cloves minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Process vinegar and mustard in food processor until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Chill before serving.
Makes 1 cup.
