1/2 cup Kahlua
1/2 cup Baileys
1/2 cup vodka
1 1/3 cup whole milk
Combine the Kahlua, Baileys, vodka and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat until steaming but not simmering. Pour into 4 coffee glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and unsweetened cocoa powder.
