When my son was little and needed a calming time before bed,
he would pick out a tea cup from the cabinet and this is what we made.
Sleeping Prince
1 cup milk
1 peppermint tea bag
1 teaspoon honey
Pour milk in saucepan, add tea bag and warm.
When warm remove tea bag, stir in honey, sip until sleepy.
