Balsamic Cabbage
2 cloves garlic -- minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound red cabbage -- thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

In a large skillet, saute the garlic in the oil for a few seconds. Stir in the remaining ingredients; cook until cabbage is soft, about 7-10 minutes. Serve warm.
