MANGO LASSI
An Indian-inspired mango smoothie
Makes 2 cups
- 1 mango, cubed (about 4 - 5 ounces)
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/3 cup low-fat yogurt
- Almond extract or vanilla to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Cardamom to taste, optional
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
